The beginning of the year

We've started the new school year and things went very smoothly. No discipline problems and only a few tears to wipe for scared freshmen. We're gearing up a new year of Positive Behavior Support, starting a new cycle of NCA and getting involved with multi-tiered system of support. I'd love to hear of anyones experiences in these areas and pick your brains for knowledge. We also want to get a really good reading program started to help the kids, so if anyone has one they really love, please share that too!
