Hello,
Thanks for the welcome. It is funny seeing your picturs of autumn and winter when we are frying in the heat, flooding and pretty soon about to get burnt out.
Tintin is my hero (except for all the embarrasing racism, imperialism and all the other isms) and I do have a Milou, but his name is Fluffy, named after the three headed giant guard dog in Harry Potter. The fact that he is a Tenterfield Terrier and not a Rottweiler derivative makes the name all the more funny.
We are really excited about developing virtual worlds for our College (Canberra Institute of Technology) and working with other interested people in the country. Virtual Worlds was meant to be a 'back-burner' - slow moving project that we do for fun and research, whilst we make a living teaching people. The number of teachers who "want one, right now !!" is alarming, as we are no where near ready to even install an instance on our network.
So let's hope that we can get a functioning model active for next semester.
Regards,
aAron.
Welcome to our collaborative group. Love your avatar. Do you have a Milou at home? Or do you just love TinTin? Look forward to hearing from your part of the world;D
